DIXON RINGS
EMA  dixon ring is aslo named as dixon θ packing ring,  dixon θ packing rings  are the highly efficient packing of small particles. It’s made of metal mesh with the same diameter and height. θ Dixon ring is used mainly for laboratory and low-volume, high-purity product separation process. Dixon ring packings’ pressure drop is related to gas velocity, liquid spray volume, and material weight, surface tension, viscosity and characteristics of fill factors and pre-fill liquid. ring hysteresis loop filler material than similar entities fill large, θ dixon ring surface wetting situation completely than ordinary ceramic ring, film-forming rate, and thus more efficient. Dixon ring packing with the theoretical plate number of the increase in gas velocity increased, with the filler surface wettability and reduce the rate of decline.

EMA designes and fabricates a variety of filtration solutions for any applications.
